Payment: All accommodation needs to be paid for on arrival. We accept card, cash and cheques.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any kind of cancellation. If such notice is not given the full charge will be made for the accommodation if we are unable to re-let the room. The same applies for short notice shortening of the letting period.
Arrival and Departure: Your rooms will be available from 5pm onwards though we can arrange earlier access given time to prepare. The latest check in time is 11pm and departure is expected by 10am.
Rooms: We pride ourselves on better service than local hotels, so our rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily while bedding is changed weekly and between each stay. Rooms contain extra blanket and we can accommodate specific requests. If anything is damaged or soiled we will charge a £50 cleaning fee.
Parking: We have parking space for 4 cars. If you are commuting, please park in front of the entrance or in Bevan Court to the rear of the property.
Keys and Security: If you lose one of our keys there will be a charge of £50 for the cost of replacing them.
