Terms of stay
Payment
Rooms are secured by card payment over the phone. Please call us to confirm your dates and complete payment.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice for any kind of cancellation. If such notice is not given the full charge will be made for the accommodation if we are unable to re-let the room. The same applies for short notice shortening of the letting period.
Arrival
Rooms are usually available from 5pm. Earlier arrival can often be arranged if we have time to prepare the room. Our usual latest check-in is 10pm; if you need to arrive later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange it.
Departure
Departure is expected by 10am.
Rooms and housekeeping
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Bedding is changed weekly and between each stay. Rooms contain an extra blanket; specific requests can be accommodated. A £50 cleaning fee applies if anything is damaged or soiled.
Parking
Parking is available on the street outside the guesthouse.
Keys and security
Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.
